It’s spring and we’re ready to celebrate! This Satur-YAY we’re highlighting local artists and food vendors in our secret garden for a Spring Market - grab a Putnam’s signature mimosa flight and enjoy a Pop Up shop from Elli Parr Jewelry, Heidi Louise Pottery, Captain Paige Bakes, & Wilder Flowers.
Elli Parr Jewelry is a Vermont based independent jewelry brand. They have two Vermont studios & boutiques in Middlebury & Shelburne where they design their pieces in house, host jewelry making workshops, and have a curated retail space. They handcraft all their pieces using natural semi-precious gemstones and fine metals. Elli Parr Jewelry takes pride in collaborating with other local brands and small businesses and LOVES meeting local customers in person!
Heidi Louise grew up in a cabin in the woods of Vermont, always comforted and happiest in nature. After graduating in environmental studies and ceramics in North Carolina, she returned to Vermont and started working at River Arts Community Art Center, where she worked for five years launching and managing a now thriving community clay studio. Now she works full time making functional stoneware pottery intended for everyday use.
Captain Paige Bakes’ baking journey began in 2019 during the height of the pandemic. Since then, she has moved to the Upper Valley (NH) where her small business has taken off! She has been a vendor in several craft fairs, as well as been featured supporting several other small businesses in the area with cupcakes!
Wilder Flowers stocks their flower cart the whole growing season (end of April through September or October) with bouquets that include whatever is blooming in any particular week. They also try to add beautiful fragrance if they can, like basil, mint, fennel, or scented flowers.
