We love to highlight the stories in the products we serve, which means we source from local entrepreneurs, family farms, Vermont-based brands, and Upper Valley companies. We have tasting notes for our wines so you know who and what you are drinking, and we’d love to help you find a perfect pour & pairing. At P’s, you drink local: coffee until wine.

Katie the Bagel Lady

Our first Satur-YAY Pop Up in 2023 featured Katie the Bagel Lady and a “Toast Your Own” bagel set-up. These days, you can enjoy Katie the Bagel Lady featured on our weekend brunch menu - a perfect pairing with our Bloody Mary or Mimosa Flight. On Sundays from 10AM-2PM, you can find Katie herself at her Pop Up in our retail space, with bagels to bring home, too!

It’s #coffeeuntilwine at Putnam’s thanks to the partnership with Anthony and Maggie of Little Seed Coffee Roasters. They helped us select beans back in the “Pour Over Days” when we opened, and have helped us grow our café business. It’s an honor to feature their roasted beans in our espresso drinks… and our espresso martini!

Barbara is a local New Hampshire artist who spends her winters in Mexico studying with the women of the red clay! You can find her creations filled with delicious snacks coming out from the P’s Kitchen, and items are available for purchase in our retail shop. Bring a little Putnam’s experience home with you!

River Roost Brewery

If there’s ever a competition for Best Block in Vermont, we’re definitely going to win. From our first pour, it’s been a pleasure to highlight our neighbors at River Roost Brewery. Their Más Verde IPA has been a staple of our draft beer menu since we launched. Next time you’re visiting WRJ and P’s, stop in and check out their new tap room!

Village Garage Vodka

Our Bloody Mary and French Martini are brought alive thanks to a local spirits company! On a wintery Vermont Christmas Eve, Village Garage founders Glen Sauer and Matt Cushman shared their dream of opening a craft distillery in their hometown of Bennington, Vermont at the site of a historic tractor dealership - the “Village Garage.”

Kiss the Cow Farm

When you order a café drink at P’s, there’s only one milk option - local pasteurized milk from Vermont cows who are clearly well loved on! Lisa and Randy of Kiss the Cow Farm run a dynamic, small, diversified farm operation focused on feeding friends and neighbors delicious food.

Farmhouse Pottery

When we first started coffee at P’s we knew we had to serve it in a vessel that could live up to the taste. Farmhouse Pottery was a natural choice, we purchased many of their mug designs to see which one felt just perfect for our secret garden. Two years later we also serve our cheese boards and many of our other food options in and on their amazing pieces.

Beltane Coffee Roasters

Our local roaster, Jesse, from Beltane Coffee Roasters has been with us from the beginning and has constantly provided unique and high quality beans from around the world. It’s also thanks to him that we were able to get our nitro cold brew system up and running, where we feature his deliciously chocolatey and nutty roast from Pitalito, Colombia. Cold brewed weekly with love!
