Wine School: Wednesday December 17th 6:30pm-8:00pm

Celebrate the season with a festive journey through four iconic wine regions. In this holiday-themed class, we’ll explore a California Chardonnay, a Spanish Rioja Reserva, an Italian Valpolicella Ripasso, and a classic French Champagne, each paired with a snack from their home country. Discover how different cultures express the warmth, joy, and culinary traditions of the holidays through their wines. It’s the perfect way to toast the season and travel the world without leaving your glass!

Instructor Bio:

Victoria is originally from Montréal, Canada and recently moved to the Upper Valley from Southern California. An avid traveler, Victoria has always prioritized world renowned wine regions throughout her adventures. Victoria most recently spent 4 months living abroad in Spain, where she was able to venture to a few nearby wine regions including Rioja, Cava and Porto. She spent the 2022 Harvest in the Rhône Valley, France, assisting an organic and biodynamic vineyard in winemaking production. She recently completed her Level 3 Wine & Spirits Education Trust Certification and is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma. In her spare time you can find her watching documentaries, attempting to bake, or crafting!
