Justin Willeau is back in the vine/yard teaching “Thanks a Latte!”
This class is a beginner’s guide to impressing your friends and family with their favorite milky coffee drinks in your own home without any fancy equipment. We'll discuss a brief history of milk and coffee (and how the Italians perfected it), learn to describe the differences between lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, etc., and better yet, we'll learn how to make them at home using the bare essentials, most of which you'll already have around the house. I'll also share a few recipes to really make your homemade lattes rock someone's world.
This class comes with an artisanal bagel with choice of spread from Katie the Bagel Lady OR an item from the Putnam’s bakery case!
This class in non-refundable, but it is transferrable between friends.
