Get ready to put your palate to the test as we pour a lineup of Cabs from around the globe... without telling you where they’re from (at least not right away). This blind approach allows for an open, unbiased exploration of aroma, structure, and style.

We’ll guide you through a tasting of carefully selected Cabernets that highlight this powerhouse grape’s incredible range. Along the way, you’ll learn to identify key characteristics, explore how climate and terroir shape expression, and sharpen your tasting skills in a fun, educational setting.

Instructor Bio:

Victoria is originally from Montréal, Canada and recently moved to the Upper Valley from Southern California. An avid traveler, Victoria has always prioritized world renowned wine regions throughout her adventures. Victoria most recently spent 4 months living abroad in Spain, where she was able to venture to a few nearby wine regions including Rioja, Cava and Porto. She spent the 2022 Harvest in the Rhône Valley, France, assisting an organic and biodynamic vineyard in winemaking production. She recently completed her Level 3 Wine & Spirits Education Trust Certification and is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma. In her spare time you can find her watching documentaries, attempting to bake, or crafting!
