In this guided tasting and educational experience, we’ll explore what makes Austrian wines some of the most exciting and distinctive in the world today. From the crisp, mineral-driven Grüner Veltliner and elegant Rieslings of the Danube Valley to the spicy yet fruity reds of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch, you’ll taste your way through the country’s diverse terroirs and native grape varieties.
Your guide for the evening is our general manager Christine, a Certified Wine Specialist and current WSET Level 3 candidate, who recently toured Austria’s top wine regions, meeting with winemakers and exploring vineyards firsthand. She’ll bring the experience to life with personal stories, insider insights, and a deep passion for Austrian wine in every pour.

Instructor Bio:
Christine is our General Manager and a lifelong hospitality professional, having worked in restaurants since the age of 15. She brings a deep passion for sharing food and wine with friends, family, and guests. Christine is a Certified Specialist of Wine and is currently pursuing her WSET Level 3 certification. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and crafting everything from spice rubs to tinctures and body creams. A dedicated traveler, Christine seeks out wine regions around the world to learn directly from the people and places that produce the wines she loves—most recently exploring the vineyards of Austria.
