WINE SCHOOL: Sauvignon Blanc: A Blind Tasting Workshop

We’re offering our first blind tasting workshop! We’ll be focusing on Sauvignon Blanc wines from various regions around the globe. You’ll have the opportunity to taste and compare Sauvignon Blancs without prior knowledge of their origin, allowing for an unbiased assessment of flavor, aroma, and texture. The wines will be carefully selected to represent a diverse range of styles and terroirs, showcasing the versatility of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. We’ll teach you how to identify distinct characteristics and nuances in each wine to help deepen your understanding of this versatile grape!

Tickets are not refundable, but they are transferrable.

She spent the 2022 Harvest in the Rhône Valley, France, assisting an organic and biodynamic vineyard in winemaking production. She recently completed her Level 3 Wine & Spirits Education Trust Certification and is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma. In her spare time you can find her watching documentaries, attempting to bake, or crafting!
